How can I change my Forgotten Password?
You can change your password by using Forgotten Password. link. An email will be sent to you within 24 hours.
How can I edit my Account Details?
You can edit your Account details(Display Name, First/Last Name, Password etc) by using Account Details. link once Logged In.
How can I place an order online?
You can select a product you want to buy from the Shop page and then click on Add to Cart button. Once added, you can go to Checkout. You will be asked to Login (If Existing Customer) or Create an Account, if you are shopping with us for the first time. Enter full details including (Name, Contact Details, Address) so that the order can be shipped correctly. After entering details, you can click Submit so that order can be completed.
How can I be sure that my Order has been placed?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation along with your order details. In case, email is not received, you can send us an email or contact us through our Contact page.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We deliver only through Cash On Delivery method for all our Customers Nationwide.
Same Day Delivery option is available in which cities?
Same day delivery is available for Lahore only as of now for all the orders placed before 04:00 PM. If you have placed your order after 04:00 PM and want same day delivery in Lahore, you can contact us through our Contact Details. We will do our best to assist in this regards.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer FREE delivery for all orders placed above PKR 1500.
We hate Hidden charges as much as you do. :D
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by Signing into your Account and then navigate to Orders tab on the left.
What Courier do we ship through?
We use TCS for our shipping all across Pakistan. In case of Same Day Delivery, this may vary.
How many times will the Courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Courier agents will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. After two attempts, your order will be cancelled. Please make sure that you have entered correct details(Name, Address, Contact Details etc) while placing order to ensure timely delivery.
